I saw you under the fig tree!

 

If you are a godly and guileless person, you do not need to introduce yourself as such to Jesus. Indeed Nathanael was skeptical about any good coming from Nazareth but that didn’t prejudice Jesus. When Nathanael approached, even before the introductions were performed, Jesus announced to all around Him that the guy was guileless.

If you are on the side of God and lead a life that is pleasing to Him, you are noticed – not only by people close to you, but also by Jesus.

How wonderful to get a “good character” certificate from Jesus Himself!
