Rebuild the road!

 

One lesson that I remember from school history class is that King Ashoka is feted because he laid roads or perhaps he built up the ancient pathways. Here we see God calling for rebuilding the road so His people can return from captivity. Now the precursor to laying the road is clearing it of stumbling blocks, obstacles, rocks and stones that lie in the way. Anything that gets in the way of a walk to Jerusalem, the city of God.

How is your walk with the Lord? Stumbling every now and then? tripping? unstable? Perhaps you need to clear out something on the road.
