What might be the will of God?
There are situations when we do not know what to do. A certain path appears to be good. But is that the way to go? We consult some people of God. And they are most obliging. How often does this happen to us? Men and women of God they may be, but they may not know the will of God in a particular situation. Yet glibly,they say things like, “it is alright”, “you will be okay, don’t worry”; nice, comforting comments that accord with our heart’s desire.
But don’t second guess God. His ways are far above ours. “The same night” adds the Bible “God spoke to Nathan” and revealed His will.
Proceed in good faith and be open for God’s directions.
