Woe is me!

Isaiah was honest. Once he saw the vision of God, encountered His majesty and sensed His holiness, Isaiah became increasingly conscious of his utter unworthiness; he wasn’t shy about confessing his condition. He particularly picks out his lips for special attention. There are seemingly holy people who just cannot restrain themselves in certain situations; a string of cuss words stream out of their mouths, in colourful contrast to their snow white attire. And you start wondering if they ever read the book of Proverbs and its serious advice on the use of lips.

Working in tandem with the tongue, your lips have the power to downgrade your personality, damage your reputation and diminish your witness.

Lipstick won’t do where live coal is needed!!
