If the king does not countenance her or if her appeal fails, death is certain. But Esther is not afraid. Though she sought a rogation, she is very much alive to the fact that however much we fast, we cannot presume upon God’s will .
Reality check. Are we prepared to boldly champion a worthy cause when we are in a position of influence? Or do we shrink in fear?
Pusillanimity is not an option!
