Even as you hit the fast lane of life with furious strides that brook no brakes, won’t you pause a moment to grab a grain of scriptural truth embedded herein ? (click on hypertext in the Day’s Reading for reference verse)

No obligations! You are of course perfectly at liberty to skip these Readings altogether. Should that be your choice,  go ahead – save 30 seconds!

What is stirring you?

A good question to ask the followers of Jesus as they live in a world of unbelievers. Do any of the evils of our society – injustice, corruption, exploitation, casteism, bonded labour, human trafficking, substance abuse, misogyny, nepotism, vote buying, booth capturing, EVM tampering, apotheosis, superstition, racism, plagiarism, populism etc. etc. – trouble us enough to raise a red flag?

It was only a time of waiting for Paul, but he couldn’t stomach the rampant idolatry of the city of Athens and therefore decided to act.

Are we closing our eyes to the evil around us?
