A view through the Windows!

Let’s look at the story of the Ark coming into Jerusalem. Michal, David’s wife was among the many watching the celebratory procession through the palace windows. And what does she see? David dancing and playing. The Bible goes on to say she “despised him in her heart”.

How sad she missed the wood for the trees, choosing to see a man instead of the majestic progress of the Ark of God, representing God Himself. She refused to see the whole picture and formed an opinion based on a partial and certainly incomplete view.

Let’s not be quick to jump to conclusions!
