Past, present, future!

We need to be thankful to Paul not only for enunciating the fundamental doctrines of Christianity, not only for laying out the ground rules for godly conduct but also for delineating his own life experiences. Yes, he was a man who faced the consequences of preaching the gospel head on, and was frequently buffeted by forces of nature and at times pushed beyond the point of his ability to endure. But he clung to God and testified that He is good all the time.*

How about us? Do we draw back from all that life has in store for us, preferring to pick and choose what we want to savour? Or, are we prepared to fully immerse ourselves in the cauldron of life experiences, come what may?

“Yesterday, today for ever Jesus is the same”!
