Random, really?

In God’s dispensation, nothing is random. Everything is planned, everything is in the right place at the right time, though we humans are often taken by surprise at the seeming randomness! When Abraham was stopped from slaying his son just at the nick of time, he looked up and there in a thicket he saw a ram caught by its horns. He went over and took the ram and sacrificed it as a burnt offering instead of his son. A random ram? I don’t think so.

When Ahab went to battle against Aram cleverly disguised to fool the enemy forces, he was hit by a random soldier, by a random arrow, aimed in a random direction. But it homed into the one spot in Ahab’s body that was unprotected by armour!

This, a random reading? No way!!
