Spare a thought for God!

When the Day of Judgment comes, there is no way of escape. Those who lived in the lap of luxury and indulged in every sensual pleasure with nary a thought for God will feel the heat all the more. You may “work the clay, tread the mortar and repair the brickwork” in an effort to stall the punishment but the “fire will devour you; the sword will cut you down”.

Appearing beautiful and charming on the outside, you may be “enchanting people everywhere” but God declares that you are vile and filthy. ” All your pomp has been brought down to the grave, along with the noise of your harps; maggots are spread out beneath you and worms cover you.”

Luxury does not last forever!
