Marry the best man!!
The five daughters of Zelophehad came to Moses with a problem: what happens to the inheritance of their father, since he had no sons? Moses brought their case to God and God adjudicates the matter, saying ” What Zelophehad’s daughters are saying is right. You must certainly give them property as an inheritance among their father’s relatives and give their father’s inheritance to them”.
Closer to the time of crossing the river Jordan, a corollary to the same question came up: will the inheritance go out of their tribe? And again, the Lord answers.
