Scriptures – the prize goes to the devil!
Hey, it is interesting to see who is quoting this wonderful text found in Psalm 91:11. It is the devil, that’s who!! Apparently, he has read the Psalms and God knows whatever else! What’s more he has this uncanny ability to come up with the right verse at the right time! This might sound like your pastor, but I am talking about the devil! He has the right tool to trip you, knowing that you too, are the Bible reading type!
Unless you are one up on him, you are done for, kaput. I recall A.W. Tozer saying something like this: “each ‘it is said in the scriptures’ must be met by ‘again it is said in the scriptures’ for us to fully comprehend its meaning”. Jesus did that.
What do you know more than the devil?
