Locked down for 364 days!

Q1. What was the need for the lock down in the days of Noah? A1. The wickedness of the human race. Q2. Why were only Noah and his family saved? A2. Noah was a “righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God”. The Bible also mentions that Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord; not only he, his wife, three sons and their wives as well. Along with these eight humans, two (seven pairs in the case of clean creatures) of all living creatures, male and female, also boarded the ark.

The purpose of the lock down was preservation, and as with many things in the Bible, this incident in the Old Testament prefigures the only way to our salvation.

“Jesus… there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” Are you ‘in Him?”
