The Lord needs a donkey!

Like you. Like me. Maybe you’d prefer that I reverse the order. Like ‘like me, like you’; no problem. In fact a 2013 study, the Donkey Sanctuary found that Donkeys have an excellent memory, and great ability to learn. So, I don’t mind at all! Anyway, Jesus picked a young donkey for his triumphant procession into Jerusalem. You know, the donkey seemed to have an innate understanding that it is the Lord who needs it even before the disciples answered its owners. It never protested when it was being untied.

It was indeed a big day for the donkey; being sat upon by the Lord of lords. Cloaks and garments all the way.

Whom are you bearing?
