What takes you to the temple?
There are many reasons why we go to the temple of God. While a genuine innate desire to ” praise God in his sanctuary” may be one, there can be others -like wanting to meet friends, check out on suggested marriage alliances, taking children to the Sunday School or to look for opportunities to criticize the pastor. In all these cases, it is a combination of our hearts and minds which is at work.
In this context it is instructive to look at Ezekiel. Who took him to the temple? The Spirit of God. What was the business there? To behold the glory of God.
Go…by the Spirit!
